If you haven’t already, here’s your chance to plant garlic. Lots of products are sold out online. If you have any sprouting heads in the kitchen, divide them up but leave papery skins on. Plant about 5″ deep and apart. I plant mine in fall and wait approximately nine months until they are ready, for a harvest in June. No need to wait though. Plant now, water, and mulch. Everyone needs garlic (though I am completely biased).
